ReplyFast AI provides a customized AI chat widget for real estate businesses, configured with the client's branding and trained on information the client provides (listings, service area, FAQs). The widget engages website visitors, answers questions, and forwards captured leads to the client.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversions, or sales outcomes. The service is a tool to help capture and qualify inbound interest — actual results depend on your traffic, market, and follow-up.
Pricing is as shown on the site at the time you sign up. There is no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation penalty. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide us to configure your concierge (listings, pricing, service area, contact details), and for reviewing the finished configuration before it goes live on your site.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, ReplyFast AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost business or missed leads due to third-party service outages (e.g. hosting or email delivery providers).
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
